Dynamically Different Dumfries is a community led vision and action plan for Dumfries Town Centre. Its development was led by a unique collaboration of Dumfries based businesses, community organisations and social enterprises who want to make things happen in Dumfries and to challenge the status quo.
They worked closely with Planning Aid Scotland (PAS) to ensure our plan is shaped by our community. Dumfries and Galloway Council who commissioned PAS actively supported the process through Dumfries Partnership Action Group (DPAG)
